Got selected in FLsmith bcoz of Chemsys: I was worked in production field for past 1 year. Once,I wanna move to design field during that time heard abt chemsys. After that I joined process design engineering training (jan 2011 to july 2011). When I completed the training , fully statisfied about the training.. then thanks for refering us for the interview. Now I got selected in FLsmith bcoz of chemsys.All credit goes to Chemsys instructor .. they provided us a excellent training for six months. D. Learnt a lot of things about design and simulation: Being from an operation background, i learnt a lot of things about design and simulation which would help me in a better understanding of current process and also help me shift towards process engineering field when a suitable opportunity arises . I felt that the facilitator was knowledgeable : Chemsys training was able to provide me with new skills that I expected to learn.I felt that the facilitator was knowledgeable in the area of communication and was able to present the information clearly.
